The IES (Simplified Corporate Information) allows, in a single act, compliance with four legal obligations for businesses: the delivery of the annual statement of accounts and tax information, registration of accountability, the provision of information regarding annual accounting data for statistical purposes to the Bank of Portugal (Banco de Portugal) and the provision of information of a statistical nature to the General Directorate of Economic Activities, for the purposes provided for in the legal regime for access and exercise of trade, services and restoration, approved in annex to Decree-Law no. 10/2015, of January 16th. Through this service can obtain and consult certificate of entity annual accounts which have promoted the record of accountability.

Through the Business Spot, it is possible to: check the ATM reference and payment status; ask for an ATM reference copy; consult the access code to the permanent certificate; request and consult a certificate of annual accounts.

Company's Electronic Dossier (DEE)

The Company's Electronic Dossier (DEE) aggregates the information from the gov.pt portal's services for businesses, Permanent Certificate, Company Online, Industrial Licensing and Commercial Register. It allows the monitoring of requests and services performed or in progress, delivery of additional elements, as well as updating your personal data.

Access to the Company's Electronic Dossier (DEE) requires authentication with a digital certificate, for example: Citizen's Card or digital certificate of a lawyer or solicitor.

These multiple identification documents contain the number of legal person identification (NIPC) that generally corresponds to the tax identification number (TIN) and the Social Security identification number (NISS). This card is also accessible online, by entering an access code.

Permanent certificate of registration in the Central Register of Collective Persons (FCPF)

Whenever you need a permanent certificate of registered entity in People Center File Collective (FCPF), just give the access code the permanent certificate to any public or private entity, avoiding the request or trip to RNPC. With these codes you can consult online the entity's registration data in the FCPF: NIPC, firm, office, CAE, legal, object, capital (as the type of entity) and position (eg inscribed dissolved, defunct). This certificate should not be confused with the permanent certificate of business registration.
